1 Billion meals campaign in commemoration of the special birthday of Pastor Chike Ume

THE 1 BILLION MEALS CAMPAIGN is a historic effort of the InnerCity Mission for Children to tackle the global issue of hunger by Generating And Distributing 1 billion meals and more to children and families in dire need around the world, this year 2023. 

In recent times, food prices in many nations have skyrocketed as a result of inflation, disrupting global food supply chains. This has created a food shortage and forced millions of households into poverty with their children at risk of hunger and malnutrition.
Psalms 33:5 - "...the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord."

The scripture above clearly shows that hunger, lack, and poverty are not a part of God`s plan for mankind. 
The 1 Billion Meals Campaign is a direct response based on the words of our dear Man of God, Rev Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, when he showed us the evil agenda of the deep state to bring about food scarcity in a world where there is more than enough food for everyone.

Food Drives organized by our CE Lagos Zones 6 are critically important as we work together to provide much-needed food items to feed hungry children and families in the inner cities in our catchment.

The Esteemed Zonal Pastor of CE LAGOS ZONE 6  visited the Agbaje community to celebrate His birthday with the Indigent children and families. In line with the 1 BILLION MEALS CAMPAIGN, He gave meals to the children and Raw food items to the Parents.
